The International Association of Voice Stress Analysts'  application is provided in HTML format below.  Print the document, complete and sign it, and send it to the appropriate address as shown on the application.  A specific requirement to join the IAVSA Association is graduation from an approved Examiners Course sponsored by the IAVSA or manufacturers of the CVSA, Vipre Systems, or FVSA.
